How far in advance should I make a reservation?
For airport transfers and point-to-point trips, we recommend booking at least 24 to 48 hours ahead. For weddings, proms, and major events, book as early as possible — popular spring and fall Saturday dates fill up months in advance. For last-minute reservations, call us directly at 978-921-4334 and we will do our best to accommodate you, subject to vehicle availability.
Can I make last-minute bookings?
We strive to accommodate last-minute requests whenever possible, while maintaining our high service standards.
Can I make a reservation online?
Yes, online booking must be booked 24 hours in advance. Please note that bookings are not guaranteed until confirmed by us.
Will I receive confirmation of my booking?
Absolutely. You will receive a detailed confirmation via email or SMS outlining your itinerary and service details.

Are wedding and prom deposits refundable if I cancel?
Deposits for wedding and prom reservations are non-refundable. Because these bookings hold a specific vehicle exclusively for your date and time — often months in advance — the deposit secures that commitment on both sides. We strongly recommend confirming all event details before placing your deposit.
What is the vehicle damage policy?
The client who books the vehicle is responsible for any damage caused to the interior or exterior of the vehicle by their party during the trip. A $300 vehicle damage fee will be charged for cleaning, repair, or restoration required as a result of passenger conduct, including staining, breakage, or excessive soiling. We take exceptional pride in maintaining our fleet in pristine condition and appreciate your cooperation in treating our vehicles with care.

What is your standard cancellation policy?
- Cancellation charges equal to the rate confirmed at the time of the reservation will apply unless:
- Sedans in the Boston area are canceled more than two (2) hours prior to the scheduled pickup date and time
- Luxury sedans are canceled more than 48 hours prior to the scheduled pickup date and time.
- SUVs in the Boston area must be canceled more than six (6) hours prior to the scheduled pickup time.
- Sedan and SUV cancellations outside of the Boston area and within the United States are 24 hours.
- Sprinter/Vans are canceled more than seventy-two (72) hours prior to the scheduled pickup date and time.
- Mini/Mid Coaches are canceled more than fourteen (14) days prior to the scheduled date.
- Motor Coaches are canceled more than fourteen (14) days prior to the scheduled pickup date and time.
- Limousines are canceled more than fourteen (14) days prior to the scheduled pickup date and time.
- Coordinators are canceled more than one week prior to the scheduled on-site date and time.
- International Sedans and MPV vans are canceled more than 48 hours prior to the scheduled pickup date and time.
- International Vans & Buses 28 days prior to the scheduled pickup date and time.
- A no-show fee equal to the base fare price of the trip, plus any applicable wait-time and child seat fees, will be charged when the passenger(s) fails to arrive at the designated location.
