Full-Time 3rd Shift + Part-Time 2nd Shift

Job Description for both shifts:

• Plan, manage, and supervised chauffeur schedules. Coordinate scheduling of trips, chauffeurs, and vehicles to be used.
• Review each reservation for accuracy and eliminate any potential issues before dispatching.
• Monitor chauffeur hours and schedule to observe DOT compliance, all records and driver data will be managed with software systems. Maintain the location of chauffeurs and vehicles at all times using GPS technology.
• Dispatch all calls promptly and efficiently; monitor future specialty vehicles availability and distribution of chauffeur supplies.
• Take reservations and collect all information; acknowledge email inquiries within 15 minutes.
• Inform supervisor of problems, unusual events, difficult situations, fleet maintenance issues, and follows up on incidents and no shows.
• Track and maintain affiliates scheduling and reservations.
